2013-05-03 Kim Judkins Hwy 70 - Oroville, CA Bear Ranch Creek Falls		Apr 19 - The waterfalls along Highway 70 were flowing suprpisingly well. Bear Ranch Creek Falls was beautiful and Elephant Butte Falls was still flowing when we were there. We also went to Lower and Middle Jackass Creek Falls. There are numerous waterfalls running into the river.
2013-04-28 Leon Turnbull Loon Lake, CA SF Rubicon River Falls		Apr 27. The waterfalls on Ice House Rd are flowing but they are well past peak flow. It seems almost all snow is melted so they won\t be strong for much longer. This includes Bassi Falls. The road to Bassi is now open.
2013-04-20 Shawn Bolker Yosemite Bational Park, CA Vernal and Nevada Falls		Vernal and Nevada Falls are glorious with many rainbows forming in their mist.
2013-04-20 Shawn Bolker Yosemite Bational Park, CA Foresta Falls		Foresta falls is very nice right now.
2013-04-20 Shawn Bolker Yosemite Bational Park, CA Chilnualna Falls		The falls are flowing with a lot of force. When we were there, ice had formed along the cascades adding an interesting element to the falls. The trail had some snowy sections but nothing too bad.
2013-04-20 Shawn Bolker Yosemite Bational Park, CA Yosemite Falls		All waterfalls in the valley big and small are gushing. Yosemite falls is roaring right now with plenty of water. However, there didn\t seem to be much snow left so the falls might not last much longer.
2013-04-20 Shawn Bolker Yosemite Bational Park, CA The Cascades		The cascades are powerful right now. Wildcat falls is also flowing nicely.
2013-04-17 Leon Turnbull Foresthill, CA Upper West New York Canyon Falls		As of Apr 14, the Foresthill Rd is open to the bottom of Canada Hill. There is snow on Canada Hill but I found generally speaking most of the snow has already melted, and the creeks are well past peak flow. I suspect New York Canyon Falls would not be too remarkable now, based on what I saw on West New York Canyon.
2013-04-11 Leon Turnbull Bowman Lake, CA Weaver Lake Falls		Apr 6. The road to Bowman Lake is open now, it is rare for it to be open this early in the year. There is no snow up at Bowman Lake now, there should be tons of it at this time of year. The waterfalls are flowing well however, but not for much longer.
