The Chambers Creek Trail is a huffer. It is only a 1.8 mile hike up to the falls, but you gain 1700 ft. in elevation and it is uphill the entire way with no breaks. Perhaps I was just too out of shape from little exercise over the winter months, but I found this trail tiring. The trail is easy to follow, but there were also a lot of dead trees blocking the path, which I am hoping (but not counting on it) will be cleared away soon by Plumas Natl. Forest.
