Gorton Creek Falls is a very fun waterfall to get to, and it was well worth it. Only a short hike, but the fun part is that to reach it, you will have to climb over a number of rocks and logs along the creek, perhaps crossing the creek back and forth a few times to find the best route. On the day we went, it was rainy, making the rocks and logs quite slippery, and adding to the fun, we thought. The waterfall itself is quite spectacular as Gorton Creek plunges 146 ft. over a cliff. This is a perfect place for a picnic (on a sunny day), and you may have the place all to yourself.
