Perrine Coulee Falls is one waterfall (the only one?) in Twin Falls that flows year round. Actually, its flow increases during the summer, due to overflow from irrigation canals upstream. It is a very pretty and very impressive waterfall. You can even walk down a short trail in behind the waterfall to get a close up (and wet) view.
