Chinquapin Falls is a pretty exciting waterfall on Indian Creek, about 250 ft. high. It can be seen from the town of El Portal, just outside Yosemite National Park. The problem is it can only be viewed from a long distance away, on the other side of the Merced River. It is too bad you cannot get up close to this one.
