Garland Ranch Falls must be seen after very heavy rain. Any other time of the year, and it will be dry. I was quite disappointed that it was not flowing when I came here, even though other falls in the coastal area had pretty good flow to them. I will say, though, that it is quite a bit bigger than I expected (83 ft. high), so if it is flowing, I think it would be quite a nice waterfall to visit.
