Hawkins Creek Falls is best seen in the spring when the creek flow is high from snow melt. It is only a small 11 ft. high (3m) waterfall. Later in the summer, even if the creek is flowing well, the waterfall will not be much to look at. That is because the waterfall flows over many boulders, and it needs a lot of water in the creek to make it interesting.
