Lower Rattlesnake Creek Falls (aka Donut Falls?) is an unknown beauty in Tahoe Natl. Forest, at Cisco Grove, just off the freeway. It drops 26 ft. along Rattlesnake Creek, and in the spring, it is absolutely wonderful. The creek dries up completely by summer.
